We’re thrilled to invite our closest friends and family to stay with us right at the heart of our wedding celebration! Nestled on the beautiful grounds of River Bend, WeeCasa Tiny House Resort offers a collection of 22 charming tiny homes, each with its own personality. Imagine waking up to the sound of the river, sharing laughter over morning coffee, and making memories that extend far beyond the ceremony.

Staying at WeeCasa means you'll be just steps away from all the weekend festivities, allowing us to spend more time together in this intimate, special setting. Since space is limited, we’re reaching out to you first to see if you're interested in securing one of these homes before we open them up to our entire guest list. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to reserve a spot!

Booking Details

Here’s how it works:

  1. Express Interest: Provide a verbal commitment by filling out the form.

  2. Matching Homes: We (Teddy and Jackie) will work with WeeCasa to match each party with the most suitable tiny home based on your needs.

  3. Payment: You’ll make your payment directly to WeeCasa to confirm your booking (date TBD).

Commitment

We’re excited to have you stay with us at WeeCasa! To reserve a tiny home, we ask that all guests commit to a 2-night stay: Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25. If you’d like to extend your stay before or after these dates, that option may be available based on availability at the resort.

Pricing

Each tiny home is uniquely priced based on its size and amenities. The total cost for two nights ranges from $496.17 to $555.38. This includes a 5% local tax and a $35 resort fee. Payment will be made directly to WeeCasa, and they accept all major credit cards.

Timeline

We kindly ask that you express your interest by filling out the form by January 15th. After that date, we will open up any remaining accommodations to our larger wedding guest list. Letting us know by January 15th will give you the best chance to secure your spot!

    Camping: Camping is plentiful in Colorado and one of our favorite activities to do as a family. Check out HipCamp for local gems, Rocky Mountain National Park, or even our trusty friend Google. Amenities vary greatly so check twice before you book.

    Estes Park: For that rugged (and tourist) Colorado mountain town vide, check out Estes Park as there are many lodging options in the area from the famous Stanley Hotel (The Shinning) to quaint rustic cabins.

  • Each tiny home varies in size and layout, with most homes accommodating 2-4 guests, and a few holding up to 6 guests. Some homes are ideal for couples, while others feature lofts or bunk beds that can sleep families or small groups.

  • Each tiny home is fully equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay, including:

    • Plush bedding, linens, and towels

    • A kitchenette with basic cookware, dishes, and utensils

    • A private bathroom with a shower or tub

    • Heating and air conditioning

    • Free Wi-Fi access

  • WeeCasa offers several community amenities and activities to make your stay even more enjoyable, including:

    • Multiple bikes for rent for riding around the property and into town or beyond

    • Fly rods for rent and include rods set to fish, a small tackle kit and gear

  • Yes, WeeCasa offers convenient onsite parking for all guests, so you’ll be able to park close to your tiny home during your stay.

  • Check-in at WeeCasa begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Special accommodations for early check-in or late check-out are not guaranteed.

  • Guests must commit to a 2-night stay on Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25. Extended stays before or after these dates may be possible based on availability at WeeCasa.

  • The cost for a 2-night stay ranges from $496.17 to $555.38, depending on the size and amenities of the tiny home. This price includes a 5% local tax and a $35 resort fee. Payment will be made directly to WeeCasa, and all major credit cards are accepted.

  • WeeCasa has a few pet-friendly homes available, so if you'd like to bring your pet, please indicate this in your interest form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Pets must be pre-approved before booking and a $75 pet fee will be applied to your reservation.

  • Absolutely! WeeCasa is located right on the River Bend property, where the wedding will be held. You'll be just steps away from the ceremony, reception, and all the weekend festivities.

  • No, the entire WeeCasa Tiny Home Village has been reserved exclusively for our wedding guests during the weekend. This means you'll be sharing the property only with family and friends, allowing us all to enjoy a private and intimate celebration together!
